YivivenA&V always provides the best quality and service to customers and 24/7 online, on all standard warranties 2 years for devices but except accessories.
Term & Condition
The warranty does not cover software, batteries, peripherals, or free accessories such as cable, power adapter or remote control.
The standard warranty and services are available only in the country where the product is purchased from YivivenA&V (Parallel import is prohibited).
Warranty item will take time 4-6 weeks (without material shortage issue) to diagnosis, repair and process during the warranty claim.
YivivenA&V local distributor has right to loan similar or equivalent function of products to resolve customer down time during the warranty claim period.
A valid warranty claim must refer to standard warranty policy to ensure does not void the warranty. Such as: External causes of malfunction and misuse of products ( use of incorrect line voltages, Improper heat ventilation, use of incompatible, defective or inferior devices, supplies and accessories.
Altering the Product or its components without written authorization from YivivenA&V.
An act of God such as, but not limited to, lightning, flooding, tornado, earthquakes, and typhoons/hurricanes.
Products with missing, damaged, or altered serial numbers.
Products damaged in transit due to improper packaging during the delivery of warranty claim.
Do not open the YivivenA&V product. Opening the YivivenA&V product may cause damage that is not covered by the warranty. Only YivivenA&V Local distributor and service center own the authority to perform service on YivivenA&V Product.
